Eligibility is a people business and no one knows that better than our highly trained Eligibility Specialists. At HRS Erase we have a rigorous training program with on-going education programs and testing to insure our specialists are the best trained in the industry.
HRS Erase also hires locally whenever possible because we support the communities we work in. Many of our specialists also have backgrounds in Health Care, Social Work and Customer Service. We carefully screen our applicants with rigorous background checks and any medical evaluations that our client hospital require to insure that our specialists meet all of your needs.
We then equip our specialists with the latest tools like 1 Fast Access and keep their caseloads smaller (typically 80-100 cases per specialist) to insure we deliver more personalized service to every patient. In addition, cases are never closed without supervisor review. We also reconcile all accounts with the hospital system to make certain no patients or account is left behind.

Company History
Established in 1998, HRS Erase is a Missouri Corporation headquartered in Lee's Summit. Our first eligibility contract for Erase, Inc. was in September 1998. In February 1999, we purchased Healthcare Reimbursement Specialists (HRS) to form the current company, HRS Erase.
Since 1998, HRS Erase has accomplished the goal of establishing an organization which encompasses dual objectives for both the hospital and the patient. HRS Erase has established regional offices in Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, Arizona, & Wisconsin.
HRS Erase in the Community
Helping others is more than our job, it's our passion.HRS Erase has been involved in multiple community service projects. The very nature of our business allows us to assist the underinsured people in the communities we serve. The following is a list of some of our endeavors:
* Sponsored children's athletic teams
* Yearly sponsor of a scholarship awarded to a student at a local high school that has aspirations to further his/her education along with showing good character and achievements
* Donations to area food pantries and homeless shelters in the communities we serve
* Adopt families at Christmas time, providing them with gifts and food
* Financial donations to the Community Services League
* Financial donations to the March of Dimes Foundation
* Financial donations to hospital foundations in which we serve
